This is an Agreement and is considered a legal contract (the “Agreement”) between Findmyhouse Ltd, (‘we’) (‘us’) and the property manager, owner, or individual acting on behalf of the property (“Client”)
www.findmyhouse.co.uk (“The website”) is the online property portal where a Renter (“Tenant”) (“Potential tenant”) can view properties online.
FEES
Service 1: The client will pay for advertisiement fees per property for a set duration.
Service 2 : Findmyhouse Ltd will charge a ‘Success Fee’ for a Successful Lease/rental transaction between the renter (“Tenant”) and The Client (Property Manager).
Leases that meet the following requirements are to be deemed a Successful Lease/rental:
- Proof the renter was referred by findmyhouse.co.uk to the client.
- The Renter’s has signed the tenancy agreement.
If the potential tenant that was referred by findmyhouse ltd rents any property which is under the clients management,(even though not listed on website) the agreed Success fee will be owed to Findmyhouse Ltd.
THE PRESENT FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE DISCRETION OF FINDMYHOUSE LTD.
Payment Agreements
Findmyhouse Ltd. will provide The Client with an email confirmation for each Successful Lease. At the end of each month, Findmyhouse will provide The Client with an invoice of the total for all Successful Leases, which is deemed the payment amount (the “Payment”).
If a tenant(s) is referred to the client by Findmyhouse and the tenant(s) at the end of their tenancy agreement decides to renew their contract and stay longer than the original agreed term, Findmyhouse ltd. will receive a further fee for the full length of that extended tenancy agreement.
ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS
The Client shall allow the use of documents, photos, information, digital media, and other forms of material or content for all normal advertisement and business operations of Findmyhouse Ltd without expressed consent from The Client.
Findmyhouse Ltd reserves the right to revise or reject for any reason any advertising content or material submitted.
All graphical design created by the Findmyhouse Ltd. remain the property of the Findmyhouse Ltd. and may not be reproduced in any other publication, websites, or materials without Findmyhouse’s written consent.
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Findmyhouse Ltd harmless from any and all liability for the content of all advertising supplied to Findmyhouse Ltd.
The Client certifies to Findmyhouse Ltd that all information supplied to Findmyhouse Ltd is true, accurate and complete, that it is not unfounded, slanderous or defamatory, that it violates no rights of privacy, that it infringes no trademark, copyright, literary or other rights.
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Findmyhouse Ltd from any and all claims, demands, liability, suits, costs or expense, arising by reason of the publication of The Client advertisement and use of the website, www.Findmyhouse.co.uk (the “Website”), whether such claims are well founded or not.
The Client agrees that Findmyhouse Ltd’s liability in all cases shall be limited to any amount paid by The Client pursuant to this Agreement.
The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Findmyhouse Ltd do not participate in any actual lease transactions between Landlords and Renters, including, and without limitations to, negotiations, discussions, or proposals;
- Findmyhouse Ltd is under no obligation to inspect the property or to verify the accuracy of information contained in a preview of The Client property or offers;
- Findmyhouse Ltd are not liable for the content of any third-party websites to which third-parties including the Client may provide a link using www.findmyhouse.co.uk;
- Findmyhouse Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy of any information on the Website, and is not liable for any errors, omissions or misrepresentations (made by Renters, The Client, or third-parties). All information obtained on the Website must be verified independently.
- Any Amendment to this agreement by Findmyhouse Ltd will mean the termination of this present agreement.
